At Houses of Eden, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

As Houses of Eden products are handmade in small batches, some items may be made to order to ensure quality, freshness, and product integrity.

Due to our use of natural ingredients and minimal preservatives, processing times may occasionally be extended.

We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your order.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be longer during high order volume, restocks, or promotions

  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Houses of Eden is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Contacting your local carrier

  • Filing a claim with the shipping provider

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at housesofedenco@gmail.com so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
