At Houses of Eden, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 28 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unopened

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Photo proof of the issue is required

  • Items may be opened only to confirm damage or defects (such as broken glass, a cracked dropper, or leakage)

  • Products showing signs of excessive use will not be eligible for replacement

  • We will provide a prepaid return label

Once we receive the returned item, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

No refunds will be issued for damaged or incorrect items.

Happiness Guarantee (Store Credit)

We offer a 90-day happiness guarantee from the date of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your product:

  • You may be eligible for store credit only

  • Applies to opened or used products

  • Limit of one claim per product

We may request additional information or photos before issuing store credit.

Final Sale Items

  • All products that have been opened or used are final sale outside of the happiness guarantee

  • Items returned after 28 days (unopened) are not eligible for a refund

  • Sale or promotional items may be marked as final sale

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns

  • We cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items
